Left hand side is a 18mm insulated board with a 12mm pipe that sits directly under your tile. This can go straight on top of your existing screed.
Right hand side is a 16mm pipe that pegs into the insulation sheets and sits in the screed. Runs straight from a boiler and can zoned to suit them room.
